Booking Conditions

The rental of these apartments is governed by what is freely agreed between the parties and the provisions of the current Urban Leasing Law, Law 29/94 of November 24 and additionally by the provisions of the Civil Code.
The tenant will sign a seasonal lease and will receive the apartment in good condition and with its elements working and in good condition.
Once you arrive at the apartment, the total amount pending payment will be effective upon signing the contract.
The duration of the contract will be the one that both parties at the request of the tenant have agreed.
The termination of the contract will be on the date agreed between the parties and the tenant must leave the apartment before 11:00 am on the date marked as the day of departure.
The tenant, the companions authorized to be in the apartment and their visitors undertake to respect the rules of good neighborliness and the Community of Owners. They will not make noises or activities that may be annoying to the neighbors.
They will leave the apartment on the scheduled date and time, leaving the apartment in similar condition to the ones they found it.
The tenant agrees not to accommodate people in the apartment during their stay who have not been authorized by the landlord.
It is forbidden to have parties, meetings and any type of event that is not expressly authorized in writing. Doing any of these things will terminate the stay with immediate effect.

They are included in the price:

Electricity and water services.
Changing towels on alternate days
In long stays, cleaning the apartment once every 7 days
The change of bed linen every 7 days in long stays.
Final cleaning of the apartment.
Applicable taxes.

Other conditions:

If you wish to cancel your stay less than 15 days before your arrival, you will lose the deposit you have made.
If upon arrival you wish to stay fewer nights than the agreed ones, no refund of any amount will be made unless you notify it at least 15 days in advance or otherwise agreed.
The employees in the apartments cannot agree to anything regarding the prices with the clients or the length of their stay.

VISA or MASTERCARD credit card:

We guarantee that each of the transactions carried out in Nombre Apartasol is 100% secure. All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. Apartasol uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data about your credit card are not registered in any database but go directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are the holder of a "secured" card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.
In the event that your card is not attached to this payment system, Apartasol will only accept payment with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to clients with previously demonstrated seniority and reliability.
In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Apartasol will take legal action against anyone who carries out a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

Minors

We do not sell services to minors. The services we sell must be hired by adults. Minors under 18 years of age may only use Apartasol services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
